I'm Jules Woolley, a painter and decorator based in Otley, West Yorkshire, and I run J W Paints and Maintenance. I cover Otley, Ilkley, the Wharfedale valley and the wider Leeds area, taking on everything from a single room to full interior and exterior projects.
